Sorry, I think the 5005 for immature

For 10 years now I have a digital Satellitten system in use and thus had one or two digital receivers already in use; so many inconsistencies as with this Philips me allrdings are not yet come.

The receiving part is flawed. While 3 more in use is harmless receivers offer all programs, according to the 5005er the reception quality on some channels / transponders can be bad, so he shows no picture but demands to review the connection.

HDCP - handshake issues: Premiere HD encrypts the transmission of its movies via HDCP protocol; well and good. However, Philips has problems if it is not connected via HDMI directly to the TV but an AV amplifier is connected in between. In my odyssey with the Philips Support I have a little stomach ache on the quality. A staff member said in my note for disconnecting of picture and sound at EPG and Teletext: "This should be fixed with the last update" - I wish the support would be here better informed; a list of which has been changed by a software update at all, there are unfortunately also not from Philips. When handshake issue a support person wanted by switching the digital output from HDMI to DVI remedy - if I will really know but the HDCP signal just as we spent as specified via DVI HDMI - only the sound is not transmitted with DVI with?

One or the other may subjectively weighted more heavily by me and be as bothersome as by others, the sum of which occurred in my plant Kosntellation problems (which I with other receivers continue to just it does not have) brings me to the statement, that here is not sophisticated or only moderately tested device was thrown on the market.
