I bought this TV about a week ago and absolutely love it. Previously I had the Samsung LE40B679 LCD TV and have to say compared to my old TV is the image simply amazing. Bold colors and a deep black - dark areas of the image, of which you have possibly heard because of the Edge LED technology ever was, one looks in vain here. For fast image movements (eg football) I have, due to the 400Hz technology, no "follow" or can also discover "ghosting", the picture - my old Samsung (100Hz) was so from time to time difficulties. The 2D> 3D conversion is all succeeded in everything, but no comparison to "real" 3D mode of the TV - Who saw schonmal NEN 3D film in the cinema, will believe he was sitting in such. Truly breathtaking! The switching Samsung has improved - also between HD channels! What has also positively influenced the purchase for me, is the PVR function (Record on USB disk). This was in fact not previously possible, and for users of eingauten receivers a nuisance. Also works beautifully (but probably only with external hard drives - my 8GB USB stick fell into the performance test by I guess it's up to the capacity.). All in all, I would buy this TV anytime again and recommend it to everyone in the near future intends to establish a 3D TV and this will be one of the functions to future-proof side him only. A star deduction, I regret to give for the lack of shutter glasses. Another little tip to all who might want the (much cheaper) to buy 3D glasses from HAMA for Samsung 3D TVs - stay away! These glasses are not designed for this Samsung 3D TV suitable because this works with Bluetooth, but which are operated via infrared HAMA 3D glasses.
