Title, which I tested (iPod Classic - with and without FiiO E11 Headphone Amplifier):
Trivium - Rain, Korn - Blind (EQ):
The heavy bass tuning fits perfect in my opinion to Metal as simply the necessary pressure is built up which is on the way otherwise very difficult to achieve. Of course there are headphones that have more contour in the bass, as I prefer, however, the fun factor of Klipsch.
Billy Joel - Moving Out (Source: 180g Vinyl) (EQ):
Many older recordings of the bass range is too little pronounced - even here it is possible to Klipsch, build the bass properly, without that the nature of the recording will be lost.
Kings of Convenience - Boat Behind (EQ: less bass):
Very good reception, which can be enjoyed easily with the Klipsch.
Mason - Boadicea, Madonna - Hung up / SDP Extended Vocal (EQ: less bass):
Without EQ is actually overkill when you corrected the bass range, the sound balance is again balanced, as long as you can say that with electronic music at all.
Sonically the headset is so worth a full recommendation. Sophisticates who seek the pure doctrine and do not use equalizer or tone controls, should better leave it alone;)
The reason for the write-down to three stars is completely unusable cable on the way completely wrapping up the remote control and crepes, so every now and then pulling on the headphone cable or wrong him a few minutes around somewhere must hang up until the somewhat again just is. One would assume that for headphones materials are used, which exclude such a thing ...
