Sound OK, but fit

The sound is OK for this price. However, I've had better earphones for the price.
What personally a thick minus point for me:
The rubber for the handset are made of soft material so that they fall out again.
I am used to from In-Ear Headphones, which the listener halt should give the ear the gums.
But that's not when these rubbers are as soft as here.
Furthermore, the cables are so thin, the twist this quickly.
I think due to the processing being that will keep these in-ear earphone long.
From me no Kaufenpfehlung!

I was contacted by CSL and they apologized.
I got new In Ear Headphones sent, which have a good fit.
There are of me in the Seller Rating 5 ***** Stars!
Top-class support. So, the seller gets expressed my confidence.
Since you can not go wrong if you buy at CSL!
