Did it anyway for the following reasons on the same day again packed and returned:
1. Sound quality compared to television did not convince me
2. Sound Plate fits not among my television (LG 55UB820V). It is 2-3 mm too high.
3. The sound source is badly distributed. One has the feeling when watching the sound comes clearly from the bottom of the TV, which is really irritating at this big picture.
