The sound is like JBL for the size well. But you should not expect more than is necessary in other port Abelen devices of this size and price range. The design is a matter of taste - I think it's good. The functionality is really very good - USB connection and video out I find very convenient Washalb it but only 3 stars are: Unfortunately, the SoundDock is only designed for the old Apple connectors. An adapter for the new Lightning connector is missing and needs to be purchased for about 30 euros (!!). The adapter then reduces the stability of a plugged Ipads but noticeably, so that one is afraid that the delicate connector could break! There are also the only in white.
