I feel the case in view of the size and the comfort to be very spacious and practical.
In my Retrospective 7 can be a Nikkor 70-200 f2.8 with tripod adapter, a 105 f2.8 Micro Nikkor and Nikon D750 (with BP) with 24-120 f4 in the main compartment of the bag. Of course this is only an indicative list of the largest lenses, which I but not mitführe in this order. Who knows these lenses, knows about size and weight.
In the front pocket can be easily two flash units, such as Nikon SB 700 and SB accommodate 800, or alternatively, for example, a Nikon D7100 with BP and a flash.
To do this, however, should the BP of the camera in the main compartment to lose weight, because the bag otherwise too much bulge, becomes rigid and no longer clings to the body.
Exactly this nestling on the body is what makes the bag even with heavy content still very comfortable to wear.
"Flatter" accessories such as wipes, batteries, filters, etc. can be accommodated in the inside pockets then still.
Can at maximum loading of the bag, of course not really comfort of the question, but I feel the Retrospective 7 as a real space saver.
In "meaningful" loading without the bag to stuff up to the maximum, I feel comfort better than any other bags that I have ever owned.
