Space-saving full body workout

The main reason for purchasing the sling trainer was that I simply have no place to put down me a weight bench with Klimmzugturm etc at home. So I needed some space-saving, but wanted to avoid losses in the variety of training opportunities.
Relatively quickly, I came across sling trainer and also fast to the original (TRX), but what I think is expensive for absolutely exaggerated !!!
Are of course other similar alternatives (aeroSling etc), but I can not comment in detail.
From Kettler-Slingtrainer Anyway, I'm absolutely thrilled! The Verstellklemmen are made of aluminum and is very stable. The hand and foot grips provide a good grip and give the impression to remain stable in the long run.

I always hang the unit on a door, while you should make sure that one so mounts the device that the door at dranhängen is quasi drawn. Then the load is distributed on the entire door frame and keep absolutely safe (at least at my door;)) in another direction I've also tried it, but then I do not the necessary confidence in the stability.

The exercises can be varied arbitrarily by different inclination and extension of the ropes, the intensity of the exercises. Since I am not a professional trainer or something like that, but I would like to be less responsive to the exercise per se. You need a good body tension for all exercises, trained as well as always when the whole body.

So far I see only advantages in the device and recommend it absolutely.
