Due to the amount of approx. 1.60m and the tubular "screen" the light distribution is excellent evenly throughout the room. However, who cares, it looks from the outside where the bulbs sit and a mounting rail in the tube where the Kabelage and the screw sockets of the lamps are mounted, necessitates a shading to the outside of about 4cm width on almost the entire height. When the lamp is in a corner, you therefore turn it so that this zone has the corner of the room.
The perceived quality of the parts (sheet metal plate at the bottom, milky plastic tube as a light diffuser / "Screen") is to my taste below the optical. In other words, the part looks chic, as the ingredients are in detail.
Not optimal: the cable to the foot control is too short. Would have liked the footswitch further 15cm to place away from the lamp.
Suggestion to the manufacturer: deliver for less money without lamps; then you can choose what you purely screwed himself. The supplied energy-saving lamps (Minus: mercury, long start-up time of luminosity) fly with me to LEDs out!
