- Touch the dough not too thick
- Do not leave the screen lying on the cooker, is really hot
- Always draufgeben and scrape small amounts of dough only
- In between wash the noodles sieve briefly with cold water
To strikeout the dough I have not used the enclosed scraper which has in my view two clear disadvantages: it is too shallow and the fingers are thus too close to the hot steam. In addition, it is not stable enough for my taste. I crossed out the dough with a normal spatula with a long handle - works I find better. The screen fits for cleaning in the dishwasher, but needs despite prewash manually two passages until it is completely clean again.
Always' ne certain mess the spaetzle-making, but they are themselves g'macht halt so delicious!
