- That's the advantage here. I buy with savings subscription and have always been my staple breakfast available. The flakes are slightly harder than polynuclear oatmeal (felt), but can be very good chew as muesli. Soaked they taste just as good. The price is reasonable.
I even baked spelled flakes biscuits - very few revolutions in the cutter - and then used as oatmeal. Lecker.
