Stable mount with mediocre processing

I bought the tripod mount, to use with my "Gorillapod" for time-lapse pictures on the phone. For this, the holder is well suited and sufficiently stable. However, the good part is not particularly durable - all too often the rubber nipple of the upper Umklapperung me slipped and I had to readjust him. Even more vulnerable is the bottom piece - made of plastic - in the long run hardly withstand the pressure of the tension spring. After about nine months my bracket is then torn.
