Stable, reliable, comprehensive interface and features

I bought this unit because we have switched to a VDSL connection to the telecom. The connection itself is provided only by Telekom, the actual ISP is another company. Important to me was that the device provides only a modem and no WLAN module is integrated, as this task is already taken from my router to my satisfaction.

The connections of the Telekom have the property that they can be used with the PPPoE method, but a VLAN tag must be set for the connection. The modem supports this peculiarity very good and provides it that both the modem itself builds the PPPoE connection and maintains and only to act as a bridge to use a separate router for PPPoE connection.

The manufacturer also offers a demo to surface in order to examine the settings of the modem precisely.

Overall, my unit of functions and stability says too much. Therefore, I can highly recommend it everyone who has a VDSL connection and want to use any device that combines all the features such as wireless, switching, routing, DHCP and DNS in a single device, but rather a pure modem required.
