stains and flakes

For a moment super lights, color temperature very nice and super brightness.
But after about 2months, I noticed that the light cone in front of the car still "patchy" was. There were places clearly visible, which were not illuminated.
After installation of the light I was shocked, a lamp is Compline from the inside fogging, with a silvery / black layer. In the other, the entire silver tip was peeling and it also set out stains from interior noticeable.

This is an absolute no-go!
