I admit that in this house, not all parts are a snapper. Only I have not, whether sink mixer, single lever mixer or shower thermostats had a good experience with the valves. Recently I have received at a exotics, of a 3/4-inch shower fitting, after 30 years of spare parts. I draw two conclusions: 1. As a rule, things are very durable and 2. If you even stop working, they can be repaired again.
Let's talk about Grohe Loop fitting. This fitting for small budget has a 28 mm ceramic cartridge. The single-lever mixer has a massive and heavy, it is high-quality chrome. All supply lines (flexible hoses), seals and even the pop-up waste are set available.
The flexible hoses allow for quick and easy installation. The only thing I noticed is that the included use of the sink, so the closure (stopper) is chromed up, but the bottom is made of plastic.
But since I had criticized new outflows in the past year, I will not need them anyway. Certainly these plastic parts are easy to install, I personally am, however, in this area not a fan of plastic.
Of course, the manufacturer offers high quality chrome sanitary fittings also made of metal. However, this cost almost as much as this single-lever mixers and their accessories.
Conclusion, rather a neat single lever mixer Grohe processed at entry level price as the journey to a DIY store, where he bought products, which unfortunately does not always stick to what they promise.
The Grohe packaging is simple, the content is top, which is dearer to me than vice versa. With conviction 5 stars.
