Starting in the repair

When the notebook arrived, I got my Windows 7 installed. The notebook was no CD at or a short start-up.
I have the battery charged and then started to download the individual components, such as drivers or applications.
I noticed immediately that the battery indicator indicating 2 hours. I figured there at anything yet. But then my work was finished after less than 2 hours and he had to go back to the grid. I have had this procedure a couple of times and he kept no longer than 2 hours. So anything with the 6 hours of battery life.
Then I noticed that the USB 3.0 ports were not working. I have every imaginable driver loaded but it has all been of no avail.
I have then decided to contact the service and have the computer must submit. He is the next few days come back to me and I'll see if he goes.

What otherwise can be said about the laptop: The keyboard I find very good and they also strikes well. The finger printer is a nice thing but you can live without. The build quality is good and the look I like. What I do not quite understand that my Thinkpad another charging cable required as the Ideapad from my wife. So always 2 cables must be at hand.

The other things like speed or screen ect I could not test really. Will it do but and late filing here. But because of teething problems with the USB and battery he gets only 2 stars.

Addendum: The notebook I have yesterday 08.03.2013 get back Friday. Have it equal unpacked and tested. What can I say. According to the package insert battery has been replaced. That's it then already. The service / repair service has not worked my USB problem. My call then the support was just ridiculous. Had one of the German language is not necessarily powerful masters on the phone to me over and over again stated that the battery has been repaired. He did not somehow understood or to understand my problem with the USB connection. I then from Him, an address of a Lenovo dealer in my area received. From there I have received a service address where I now again my laptop Sent needs. Just hope that this support service done his work better than the Lenovo own.

But the notebook has unfortunately can not provide improved rating by this action. Too bad that you can do so much broken with a bad service.
