These 2400 mAh batteries arrive loaded as described, I do not have the date of manufacture, but they are all loaded.
They are supposed to maintain the charge for 1 year, I do not ask much, but if I can have on hand batteries that stay charged several weeks when I need it, it makes all the difference with number of batteries Rechargeable this format available to me already that they will discharge quickly.
Not to mention the extreme discharge if you leave it too long dormant, making it particularly difficult recharge, even with an optimized charger.
It will take me a step back to judge the veracity of promises, but they have arrived loaded and I put them into service immediately in a greedy mouse.
