Firstly, the price-performance ratio is absolutely top. The efficiency is great, I measured with my application by 90%. I run some of them on a small solar system. Behind every 100W solar panel I have one of the modules from where it then goes to the battery. All modules I set to 14,3V, that's still OK for sealed lead acid battery. The panels are almost always operated at optimal load and the battery does not get over-voltage. EMV standard, no special measures have been found, but a few points to shortwave band where you hear them. Fortunately no amateur band was there. The modules are also in good sunlight only handwarm, never hot.
