After order was prompt delivery. Attached is a guide to exercises found on a crumpled Beiblatt- very poor. My Stick made at each vibration noise at the transition from handle to the bar, which was very annoying. After contacting MyStyle was told in writing that it should not be. So I have the stick returned (which worked but only after multiple phone calls with the pick-up and pick-up failed attempts). MyStyle has the stick then "checked" and found that everything was normal. If I want to have a staff with no noise, I should me a higher-priced model buy- was their inappropriate response (and after I had been assured in writing that no noise might occur) ... The shipping costs were to me both for the initial as well as calculate the return and then graciously deducted from my "credit". CONCLUSION: Except charges had nothing. The quality of the staff can keep my opinion loosely with a 5 Euro model of Aldi. A good customer service looks to me different.
