I bought two chargers and only one received. Which was then also still defective. Shop contacted. Feedback from the shop came in absolutely reasonable time. The rescission of the purchase was very quickly done really fast. Absolutely exemplary. I had a few hours my money back. Very good I fande also I did not need to return defective product. As I said from the settlement Shop exemplary. Now the question is why only two stars. It's all about not only to evaluate the shop but also the product ... and I regret to say I'm massively disappointed. I had assumed an original part of Samsung to get. In my view, the part is just not original. The quality is comparable to the typical chinaware. Connections do not fit cleanly, acts cheaper or just not as wertig like the Samsung part. And that's what I wanted and that this had indeed ordered. Print does not match the original. I think that's a real shame, because it is just advertised to the original part. From my perspective and perception but is not correct. Subjective impression. I'm sure no Chargers specialist but I think you can see that quite clearly. That's a shame.
