Since the settlement of claims had not worked on the Internet portal of ERGO Direkt, took place the damage report - for a friendly phone conversation with the insurance - via email. The defective cell phone was picked up after a few days by UPS.

Despite holiday season the phone was repaired after a few days and again at home.
