I have looked around and found that the "Matrix" could be something for me myself for a while, but did not know what to think of the design and may function. In short Xbox, PS3 and HTPC at the (Note: impractical because round) placed inputs, the projector to an output, the TV on the other and last but not least via Toslink to my "old" Sony audio amplifier. This I would have - because he has only one optical input - "fired" directly through the TV.
It is a bit strange (it's just me?) What it feels like the remote control and represents the switching behavior. Since my Acer X1311WH DLP projector (WXGA, 1280 x 800 pixels, 2700 ANSI lumens, HDMI) black is not a FULL-HD, the TV (image on both outputs of the matrix) on the dual operation also like the resolution back and forth. The same applies to PS3 and CO. If you have made friends with the switching order times, you will be well served for the price. From a distance it is difficult to identify which is connected input / output. I would like to see another solution.
Conclusion: Does what it should and could be better than expected, a bit strange also because of the small foil remote control and the arrangement of the connections come to me good 4 stars. Unfortunately my LG has 50PZ750S 127 cm (50 inches) 3D plasma televisions, energy class C (Full-HD, 600 Hz SFD, Smart TV, HbbTV, DVB-T / C / S, CI +) no HDMI-out (there is something at all ?), so you can not lead to the beamer the TV picture, but that's not a problem of the "Matrix" and I then look up TV in the "small" 50's and hear the sound, thanks to my cable-Tex - 2- way splitter Optical Toslink / Toslink adapter DVD on my PS3 Sony.
