It has both 32 and 64 bit DVD (but only one version of course installing). The activation key worked smoothly and best of all, the updates have been relatively quick, no bugs.
For cons, I know we are in the era of paperless, but a DVD at this price, anyway ... it deserves at least a beautiful box as the time of Windows 98! There was a poor pouch the size of a CD case and in both versions in white cardboard pockets without logo. They are like free advertising DVD ...
5 stars anyway for the new Windows 8.1: After an adaptation and a change in habits, comfort and productivity are actually improved.
