Striped glass Loading slow

I received the lamp with striped glass, as if it had been sanded, and the box had been opened. This is already not serious. Then I tried to load to see. The charging of the batteries by solar panel is excessively long. We are in the fall, but it took a week to charge the batteries for the LED deign to show a tiny little flash of light. I'm not sure that the product is adapted to be charged via a solar panel. or else, I came across a bad copy. Frankly disappointed with all breaches of this article. I highly recommend !!.
