The chair is very comfortable, not as powerful as other office chairs, very stylish and modern. Unfortunately, a small damage to the leather of the seat was created in the original packaging by the lack of padding between the seat and base. A short email to Amazon has solved the problem in a very short time. The supplier was immediately responded and sent to me within 3 days, a new seat for free. Perfect and very friendly service. I am very pleased with the settlement and the product. Absolute buy recommendation. :-)
