Absolutely beautiful. I bought it to give to my companion during Christmas because it is a big fan of Lord of the Rings and extra painter. He loved and never tires to flip it. I must say that I too am fascinated by the delicacy of the drawings. It really is a sublime book that I recommend to fans but to all beginners as it is a very nice way to discover or rediscover the magic drawings of Alan Lee.
