I already had a previous model years of service and there was only after about 4 years, significant loss of battery life, which I find absolutely unacceptable. So I bought this toothbrush for me and my family (2 adults and 2 children 6 and 9) in January 2014. We have deliberately taken only 1 toothbrush into operation in order to have the correct load frequency control. Unfortunately, we have to find out after 9 months that the toothbrush just 8 plaster units of 2 minutes then creates needs to be charged urgently again as the cleaning performance falls off rapidly. Fully charged, the brush cleans really super and there is also nothing to criticize on the accessory. Thanks to Amazon, I must now return the brush back and get my money refunded. This type of guarantee treatment makes me happy and want to explicitly praise. The one star it's therefore for an inferior, in my view battery, which I would not expect at a vermeindlichen quality product from Braun.
