While I copied a video on the stick, the copy operation stopped suddenly. Since then, the stick can not describe, not format. On Windows this is no longer recognized, even with various tools. On OS X this is detected with an error, though I can see the data and still, but nothing change back up and also do not format the drive.
Return is problematic because you just can not access the data.
After a complaint I hired okluge the question under which data protection requirements of these will be processed and get exactly the same text sent, like the one about whom I have asked the question.
