The unit is sufficient. We can blame the junction cart / sleeve, to be a little light design so that the handle is released from the basket forcing a funny a little risky maneuver to remove the basket plunged into boiling oil without the inning to get help. Otherwise, after that use too short to rule otherwise than on an overall impression, good little machine. The unit would have deserved the name of Fondue / Mini fryer and not the opposite, in fact, for a fondue, it is a normal size for a fryer, a little small with its advantages and disadvantages.
