The FOSCAM cameras are improving from year to year and for those I doing is ample and powerful. (Monitoring of the house). It lacks features around security especially supported, but will come, I have no doubt about that.
I am in my 5th CAM IP and only one (inside) broke down after two years of use (kitchen, probably with moisture and fat, in short). I recommend, the price / quality ratio is sufficient.
