Well I have no regrets, musically it is excellent (compared to what I've tried before wirelessly). In the movies, the spatialization is good. In games that is fine too, but perhaps a little below the Razer.
Comfort, top: not too heavy, adjustable earphones for better adaptation to the shape of the head and is not too tight. I can keep him on the head several hours without a problem (even if a little break once in a while does not hurt). Nothing like the Chimera, which caused me headaches after 30 minutes.
I connect it to the PC either optical or via USB. In 2 cases, the quality is really good, I did not notice any obvious difference between the optical and USB. Finally I remain mostly connected via USB, which is more versatile thanks to the Dolby Pro Logic IIx that can apply to all stereo sources (virtual 7.1). Via the optical input, that is accessed Dolby Digital (real 5.1), but it requires that the music source is already in Dolby Digital, otherwise the stereo. Like all my games or movies are not necessarily in 5.1, for the moment, I prefer the USB connection.
Last, the batteries. The advantage is that in a 2, so we can turn without ever running out of battery. Moreover, they really last long (almost 2x compared to the competition). This choice also has its drawbacks: the need to change batteries manually (it's still the matter of 10 seconds) and the use of proprietary batteries (good than excellent) do not play in favor of the product life: one is dependent SteelSeries if necessary to replace a defective or worn batteries.
In short, this headset, I keep it is nickel :)
