I bought this pan for my friend and we are thrilled. After she was fired, she already yielded the first time, although delicious fried potatoes, but they were not as crisp as often described. But this changes from time to time, where it is in use. To burn you should assume no oil and rub with a Tüchenkrepp in the pan. We have done that and suddenly the pan on fire ... Not recommended for imitation, but rather choose the potato method. But even steaks are in delicious.
I would recommend this pan every cook who likes to eat crunchy things. From our kitchen pan is here to stay.
