The bracket is very solid and made a very distinct impression. A small negative point is that the mounting eye is closed and no carabiner has. Since the punching bags are also available with closed loop, one has no way of directly mount the punching bag. You have yourself a carabiner sat in between. That's very inconvenient and you lose extra height. Therefore please change the eye!
