[Update / Update, after about 6 months in daily use]:
The machine could be easily cleaned / descaled (previously only 2 times, it is operated with filters!) And there are in terms of milk (which is but rarely used) no problems. - So far, so very good result after half a year. - This has now added later under the appropriate point in the review].
In a nutshell - in advance a summary:

In turn - first some colorful thrown together my impressions / ratings:
(+) The red finish, the ONE TOUCH push button, the display ... it all makes a very good impression.
(+) The operation is really easy, a helpful Einlaminiertes Quick instructional sheet included! Toll!
(+/-) Detailed operating instructions - which are also required if you want to make settings - there on the CD (you of course need a computer) or on the Internet on the Service pages of Severin. I'm a fan of the printed manual, and this is indeed's criticisms.
(+) A water filter is included. He is something pfriemelig - with auxiliary tool - to assemble.
(+) 2 x 2 cleaning tablets - also included!
(+/-) The water tank is of course small (compact) mounted but a bit inconvenient at the rear side. (In my kitchen I had no wall cabinets above the machine; therefore bothers me is not that way.)
(+) Milchaufschäum function is integrated (in fact very simple and works well):
My personal conclusion of this type of Milchaufschäumens: right practicable implemented. I like.
The Milchaufschäumschlauch is very easy to handle: You put an end to the side front of the machine and the other end into the milk. The machine can either milk "pull" and make / froth hot macchiato or even the necessary amount for the programs for cappuccino / latte.
Purification of course somewhat, but this is one of them, so no negative rating! You can optionally use a milk jug / milk container, or directly from the milk bottle (Tetrapak) pin "It is important that you hose right after cleans -. Plus it is definitely a pot / cup / container need water --- the / the one afterwards of course have to clean (Which means: There are more elegant solutions to fully automatic, as these).
(+) Bar glasses (height 13cm) just still fit under the adjustable coffee spout Milk

(+) The coffee (actually the most important thing!) - Okay!
I have three types of beans used / tested.
1) "pure coffee" (bean variety Melitta Auslese 2013 - my favorite at the time;):!
If everything goes well (and obviously had my good machine settings, I had to change anything anyway) comes out a mild, aromatic scalding hot coffee with a little cream.
Voila! Attempt succeeded. - "Regular coffee" tastes good to me. He is strong and the amount is indeed varied, I prefer a cup of filling of 200 to 220ml - which is very elegant set (either directly from the brewing process using the wheel - or you look at his personal attitude stores (with regard to the amount and thickness).
2) Espresso (espresso bean variety of ALDI)
Here my husband is the expert. It is important that the broth is hot (pre-heated cup. Always.), Crema has and that it is really only a small amount, but extremely strong (and not bitter!) Is. The amount appears to be stable. That you know of other fully automatic quite different. The Espresso is hot, and tastes strong but mild. - Right satisfactory for a fully automatic.
3) The milk-based variants: cappuccino and latte macchiato / latte.
I must preface this review, I find Latte Macchiato overrated, because the stuff is Kalorienbombe pure and I find it Cappuccino in the long run "extremely bold". I've done so far when frothing milk only 3.5% (rather more fat) milk (bottle from the farm). With Halbfett experimented only once --- that can not be called milk froth (falling fast together, tastes ... suboptimal). Against UHT milk I have always something, so can not say how the milk foam is so.
In short: With Cappuccino I have the opportunity to reduce the milk to increase the amount of coffee (just like me!) And bar I could also make adjustments - so I would choose this way of preparation.
Basically, the machine delivers chic (worth seeing) and most of all delicious results, with few simple steps. (Cleaning afterwards it should be remembered, of course!)

(+/-) Hardware / inside (overall I am rather skeptical, but the result - see above - looks so good): This model SEVERIN is for me (and I've used a number of fully automated over the years / tested) new - at least as regards the structure and inner workings.
(+/-) Important and well: The brewing unit is removable and thus to clean. If you awhile longer concerned with fully automatic, you will get an idea how it looks inside it ---- and possibly is the clean, if you put a little emphasis on hygiene and good coffee, more fun than that one it sees as a nuisance. I am someone who empties the fully automatic without a murmur, cleans, waiting ...
(+/-) The brewing unit is "dry" ie not lubricated. The extent to which a long life is conducive to - no idea. It makes me suspicious (not leading in any case to the devaluation.)
(-) Pomace and drip tray: here I fall at the same a two shortcomings and the first led me initially to distraction. The chrome base grid is hooked down positively into the drip tray. Who designed the ... I wish lifelong Empty need all these Kaffeevollautomaten models ... Real a headache. Terribly exciting (for me ...) [Addendum: I've also managed to bend this sheet metal part, because I have not understood the mechanism right away ...]
(-) Water in coffee grounds - hmmm, not good !! The pressed coffee cake do not make very dry and solid impression (I do not think that a good indication) and in addition one notices when removing the marc / coffee cake, that in this reservoir collects water.
(+) The container (drip / marc container) be removed in one go forward and are fairly easy to clean - but I can only report on dishes by hand, because I do not give such parts in the dishwasher. (In any case, you get off on all relevant corners / edges, so you get quite fast flushed everything.)
(+/-) Outlet nozzle is adjustable in height, although that does well in small espresso cups or tall cups of coffee --- but unfortunately fit this very high coffee mug such as this to-go Thermometers, not under the spout.

Cleaning (immediately after use):
(+/-) As mentioned above, the removal and cleaning of the outlet shoe Balde / pulp container no problem - only the drip tray in front - my personal hate object of this machine. If you use the Milchaufschäumfunktion rarely, one must still clean quite a lot - and always rinse the tubing. - There are more elegant systems (which of course cost more!). This one is considered of effort to benefit, just so reasonable (I think).
(+) The outlet drawer and the pomace containers are in use by 1 - 2 people to empty within reasonable limits.
(+) The machine is operating independently and by the way very often. Like me, I think that's important! I imagine therefore also ALWAYS a catch cup (250ml Blechhäferl a) under the spout - times emptied faster, especially if you frequently switched on and off, so flushed.

I'm doing me hard this fully automated to give 5 stars and would like to say that I have the machine - in spite of the small gripes - very good find! Equally difficult for me therefore the deduction of points on 4 stars. If this were my only fully automatic, I know, I would tend certainly one of the 5 stars, but since I already have enough comparison moments, I see the 4 stars as appropriate - and hope that the life does not fail, according to my predictions (I am as a result of the inner life rather skeptical and reckon with 3 years service life - maximum - with good care)..
