Terre del Sasso: A spicy wine that fits brilliantly to the Sunday roast. Hearty meat dishes are a must here. The wine is velvety and beautiful ruby red. Low acidity.
Passimiento: Not as spicy as the Terre del Sasso. Has also significantly more acid than the first and therefore not my case. Was a bit too heavy on the stomach. Fits well also to light meat dishes like chicken or even a Käseplattte.
Corvina and Cabernet Sauvignon "Mavum": A fruity wine that has something of berries in taste. In addition, it tastes a bit nutty and vanilla (I mean anyway herauszuschmecken). Velvety and delicate in flavor. A great wine, which I have already bought later!
