Without having first looked at the extent, I found that the clock in real is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but this is not a disadvantage. I like the design very good and it should appeal to probably something more fashion-conscious sportsmen. The display can be easily read even in the movement and is designed quite clear. One can choose between different views during training -. Pulse in fitness or fat burning zone and set maximum heart rate or pulse as a percentage of maximum heart rate, time and calories burned. In addition, the recording can be paused when you do z. Ex. A broader water break and then want to continue measuring.
There can be no training area (ie Pulz betw. Value x and value y) are set, but only a maximum pulse beyond which an acoustic signal sounds (the one but can also turn off). On Fahhrad and elliptical machines, the sound is quiet, but audible. I would imagine that it goes down on the treadmill. But this is so far not tragic, because the radio clock problems with the equipment of Star Trac and Technogym synchronized (that are with us in the studio, with other brands, it is certainly similar) and the pulse also appears on the device display.
After training, you can statistics (duration, average heart rate, maximum heart rate, calories burned) of the last unit, the last few weeks and all workouts display. For the long-term comparison definitely very helpful.
Generally speaking, the operation and setting / setup of all values very intuitive and is liquid by hand.
