Super Full HD image - almost for free

before I bought this projector, I have read in the renowned Test`s test magazines. You should also do the way. The votes taken there (sharp image, good colors, good contrast, good black level, detail weakness in dark scenes) can I associate myself with completely. In some reviews a confusing menu structure has been criticized - I do not agree. The menu I find logical and perfect in its construction. The optical zoom and lens shift capabilities are perfect, they are not common in this price range. When using the projector menu on the screen as a test image, it can be seen that the appearance everywhere (center and corners) projected a knack sharp image. The fill factor of the LCD chip is now very high, that is the "screen door effect" is no longer stöhrend noticeable. The projector housing is constructed of high quality, but it's big and ugly. I do not mind that because I run this projector stationary. For a representative with weak muscles, the device is of course not suitable :-)

In addition to these test magazines, I would note the following points:

Positives:

1) Sharp optics, screen-door effect no longer disturbing.
2.) Low-noise operation.
3.) All major inputs are available.
4) Long lamp life, especially in ECO mode
4.) preset modes (eg living room, Movie1 etc.) are well preset, I had nothing more correct.
5.) The remote control can be in the dark good use (ergonomic design, lighting at any time).

Negatives:

1.) In the image transmission formats 1080p, 1080i and 720p, there is no zoom option, ie a film in 2.35: 1 format can only be as narrow strips enjoy (black bars). For low-resolution image formats, there are those required zoom option again. But this is quite incomprehensible, because the effect of the zoom function qualitätsverschlechternde in low-resolution images much disturbing effect than with high-resolution images. To solve this problem, one must make sure that the source devices via corresponding zoom capabilities have.
2.) Due to the heating of the projector (housing, optics) changes after about 1 hour image size slightly - but the sharpness setting will be retained.
3.) The detailed manual is only available as DVD.
4.) When I run a few minutes without input this projector, sometimes the firmware depends on so that I could finish this state only by a brutal power disconnection, which is not particularly good for the lamps.
5.) Although this projector already ran 10 to 20 hours, the Info menu shows still 0h - on lamp life. As the software for the device internal counter does not seem to function properly. Now I wish only that the projector lamp lasts until the internal counter 3000h indicates - then it holds namely forever ;-)

Supplement: Now, after a few days and after another hours, the lamps hour meter function satisfactorily. Maybe he lläuft going until a few hours. For this reason I take my 5 gripe hereby back!
