I the manufacturer, as described in the "Guide", a mail written with the desire text and two days later the pillow was there :) And the result really is true beyond my expectations, the quality is just perfect! The request text is exactly the one I had ordered and the material and the filling of the pillow is nice and soft. So price / performance ratio is very satisfactory! In this manufacturer I will very gladly order again :)
