Nice helmet to wear. May exceptionally cause ear pain (quite thin foam) during prolonged use

Reliability problem on my own, however: an earphone stopped working after 10 months of use. Important info: The Sennheiser service invites customers to contact for failures. The Amazon customer service has made the replacement before return defective helmet. Top!
