I bought the Hohner Silver Star, because I felt like time to play harmonica but have previously had no experience with such an instrument. I have deliberately resorted to a favorable Harp, since I was not sure I would be this instrument. Ultimately realized very early on that makes me playing on a Harp great fun and the Silver Star is very well suited for beginners really. Nevertheless I quickly regretted having not yet 10-15 invests more because for about 25 gets you the Hohner Blues Harp in C major, which has a warmer sound because it has a wooden body instead of a plastic body. Personally I like much better. Beginners who are unsure and higher investment are afraid, very well served by the Silver Star. The Silver Star is definitely not a toy, but a fully functional instrument. I can only recommend Silver Star.
