Logitech has done with the squeeze-series, a super contribution to the convergence of computer and hi-fi. Files of different sound formats (mp3, wav, flac, etc.) can be located on any Filesyststem to which has the Squeezeserver access. The Squeezereceiver gives these files an outstanding digital-analog converter to the RCA jacks or directly via digital outputs to an amplifier or AV receiver on.

It can be operated from a PC or via the matching Squeezebox Duet Controller. In particular, with the Controlle makes so much fun, because this can be operated similarly intuitive as Apple devices.

Several Reveiver can be coupled, so that the party mode on all receivers running the same music. Just Great!

The surface can be programmed and already offers many interesting enhancements such as automatic music mix "matching pieces" or displaying cover, artist, lyrics and much more

Just great.
