If you can accept that you just set everything manually and not automatic, you get a super flash a fraction of the price of a comparable brand flash.
Works well so far on my Sony Alpha 33 (only Sony typical problem that the flash is not recognized by the camera as such and therefore the EVF is not lightened, which is annoying in the dark, as you can see nothing. At the A33 there probably not the EVF default lighten the option, so I have to live with here, at the recent Sony's supposed to go but well)
But that is not on fire, but precisely at Sony and their firmware.
One star deduction is just because he probably does not work with my Phottix Funkauslöser in "strobe" mode.
In the Test button tripping he does it, the trigger on radio, he flashes it easy.
That's too bad, but also not the end, hence buy recommendation.
