So far, the best and the pan compared to Tefal and WMF. Coating even after months and daily use without any defect. Since visible traces have been available in the other brand pans already. I hope it stays that way. The roasting results are top, eg Steak is great, but please note that the pan retains heat longer than other brands. With gas and induction so the heat is not immediately clear. If I know that I can schedule when roasting but yes. Two little flaws, there are unfortunately still, otherwise the pan would be perfect. First, the ladle is very heavy, my wife can not hold with one hand this. Then the floor is apparently not quite to plan, there are small scratches on the glass field visible.
