Super Power Bank unfortunately charging cable loose contact

So the battery arrived and all the best. 1 night charged Super. 2. night unfortunately the iPhone was still empty in the morning. Determined look after some the 2 in 1 cable for charging has a loose connection. Moving to the cable switches the phone between charging / charged / neutral back and forth. Other cable tasted: funzt. Trampled manufacturers contacted and cable reclaims. Unfortunately, they had none available. But this week should spare come so far unfortunately still nothing there :( hope it comes soon. Because would like to charge the battery before the festival again. Until now, the iPhone loaded 3.5 times and only 1 line on the powerbank away. Thus satisfied.
