So one imagines a roasting pan. Huge lot of space and great quality; Pyrex flat. Fits nicely in my Sharp Electronics R940IN combi microwave and can be good in the combination mode (microwave + Hieissluft) use. Sufficiently tight so that the fried food does not dry out; umweltvermüllende Backfolie no longer necessary. Is thoroughly cleaned in the dishwasher.
