Now for the really big fly in the ointment:
The stalk with the (genius!) Rotation function was already broken after a year. And it's far and wide to get no Ersaltzteil !! Looking for such a, I have found that this problem needs to be widespread: Everywhere are from a private collection wiping sets of Leifheit offered in which the handle is missing. This is certainly not a coincidence ....
If the stem is broken, a remains unfortunately only, order the whole set again (why then bucket and wiper are twice and thus left) or switch to a similar practical wiper system of another brand (why then also the whole Leifheit -Set without stalks are left, and can be sold). Both expensive and very annoying.
Because I did not want to believe that there Leifheit can not remedy, I demand there directly if and where I can get a replacement stem.
Besides a confirmation e-mail about the receipt of my message but I have after nearly two weeks still no response bekommen.Daher I have now written a second very significant mail in which I have my anger made air and again asked for an answer.
I am very curious to see if I get a response. If so, I will report here.
Conclusion:
I love this cleaning system !! But if the company the problem with the stem continues to ignore, I will probably switch to another system before I spend oodles of money for making new koplett sets, which I then can not sell more, because yes is missing the major stem ....

Meanwhile, I got response from Leifheit: I should submit a photo of the broken part and the bill. Shortly after I got news that me a replacement handle will be sent. However, it was suggested that this could take a while. Meanwhile, more than a week, but I remain optimistic that I get a little ...: o)
