The first time I tried the tires, I thought only 'oh God, and shalt endure 10min per day?', Well after 1ner minute was closing due to pain. And NEN ordinary blue stain I after training several times to get! (Beginning around the waists!)
But if you stubbornly stay tuned and exercise duration increased again, there are no major problems. You get used to even weight fast, size and even the pain. (Which later disappear completely Because muscle building !!)
Today I manage 30min without problems. Rechtsrum Hoopen, linksrum Hoopen. Without pain and without much sweat loss! ; D
I have this now delivered to my mother and ordered a more severe me. I'm really in the hoop fever !!!
But no wonder after all the visible results just terrific!
