With us, the seam of the zipper of the safety net and the blue border each at one point were open, einSprugfeder flawed and therefore not installable and a weld of a pipe so thick that the pipe does not einrastete. Of course, the trampoline had to be equal behüpft and so we called the service and I can only say top !!! All 4 parts to be re-sent without any problems and that tomorrow (today reclaims). That's service! Mistakes can happen even once.
Trampoline itself is really great:
+ Safety net outside the blue border to allow greater interior
+ Structure as a woman alone 1.5 hours
+ Safety net surrounding the edge and is hooked to the springs below. SOMT for a no gap, on the other hand, the blue outline is completely fixed.

Just buy it, despite shortcomings!
