The Hub is used as a switch for me, since I keyboard, mouse and possibly separate ext. HDD used in 2 different systems. With a USB 3.0 Micro connector cable, I switch on the plug-in connection to the hub, the two systems. The stroke can be switched off separately and the separate (5) USB port, an iPhone 3GS, 4S and 5S are supplied without problems with high Ah-charging current. This port is used solely for charging and is not parallel a USB connection port.

What would possibly evaluate negatively is that the keyboard and mouse are still supplied with power when the PC is off. Both devices still shine. That was when the previously used USB 2.0 hubs of me not.
