Supplementary Guide

I have not yet compared with other first aid guide, but it is not very specific about the techniques to be applied, the first aid kit, little or no patterns ... It gives some information about travel planning, the author tells his own stories, but this is not what I expected.
This is undoubtedly a complementary guide, or for those who already have good knowledge of first aid.
